exactly 40 mil is more than pac makes now, he should of worked 45 mil and at least tried to negotiate a deal and it could of been made. Floyd really did want the fight at one point and let it be known multiple times but now he could care less now it seems and mainly becaue of arum. pac has issues he needs to deal over there

Especially when Manny's purse would be much smaller and will be going to the IRS anyway.

Because, it would not be a charity event if only one of them was contributing....that makes Floyd look bad.

a 40 million purse offer IS a guarantee. It might not have been the best offer in the world, but it was higher than any other guarantee Pac has gotten in his entire career........

I just don't like people accusing Floyd of juicing when he was first (big name anyway)to ask for RANDOM testing in boxing. Then after being KO'd, random testing is okay all of a sudden! If Pac fans didn't like Floyd accusing Manny, then they shouldn't do the same to Marquez and Floyd!
How about a ban bet? My account vs yours. You provide the link of Manny saying that, and I'm gone for good. You don't, you are. You down?

He does do random testing, there is no cut offs. There have been no cut off dates for any random drug testing protocol in boxing from USADA, VADA, and NSAC (new testing program done with Marquez vs. Bradley).

Well the cuts aren't healed and the stadium didn't kill negotiations in may 2012 the 40m ceiling did. As for the marquez point yes I do agree with you however it seems like only baseball players seemed to get better into their late 30's, so IMO its fishy. As for manny I do blame him for the 09 negotiations going south but since then I think floyd had been the one to blame. I think in may of 2012 floyd pulled a more clever duck than bowe but on the same level, where I was sitting it was a clear duck.

Random testing is year round. When did floyd start doing year round to ensure hes not doing any drugs at any time?

Floyd wanted fully RANDOM testing!Arum did NOT want the fight before Floyd went to jail because of six-month old CUTS??? Floyd is NOT the roadblock, it's MANNY and ARUM!
I know that .....random urine testing and agreed to extra blood testing. Whatever they were negotiating on was new and more than what was under the commissions rules. So the point is that Manny went beyond that and that they were off by 10 days on cut-offs.

Also, Floyd ACCUSED Manny of taking PEDs with no proof. If you check out Floyd fans, they give Floyd a break on that Manny's promoter is Arum and all of a sudden after 4 years, Floyd became too sensitive about that fact and can't fight .... Floyd thru Manny under the bus when Floyd and company ACCUSED Manny of taking PEDs with no proof YET they are not as sensitive to that being part of the initial failure of negotiations. Not even after Manny sued and the other side couldn't find any proof!

See you are not bringing up facts. What you said about Arum is crazy considering you are a Floyd MONEY Mayweather fan. Arum wanted to generate more money hence the stadium ...... BUT later said OK let's do the fight in May with no stadium instead of June. Manny also said the cuts are fine and let's do it in May on his official website BUT Floyd then came back and said, "I WANT ALL PPV MONEY"

No it was a ceiling there was no need for a guarantee for the biggest money fight in history by far. Lets just put this in perspective de la hoya mayweather did 150 mill in revenue, mayweather pacquiao would have generated a minimum 250 million it was over 175% bigger than that fight which was the biggest fight by far up to that point.
