Unification matches are always appreciated even though I don't expect much from this match.

First step for Hopkins dream of becoming the undisputed light heavyweight champion of the world. Now if only Stevensson-Kovalev can be made we could have an undisputed 175lbs by 2015. Course Beating Stevensson would be the toughest task.

Hopkins can make history if were to become the undisputed light heavyweight champ he'd be the first 2 weight undisputed champion in the modern era that's Ring ****zine/WBA/WBC/IBF/WBO and IBO for an added bonus. Correct me if I'm wrong about 2 weight undisputed champions.

Shumenov looked better than i expected in his last fight. He might be able to do something against the old man.

Not hard to "look good" when you're fighting a bum who's not ranked in the top 100 in the division.

B-Hop UD over Bumenov, won't be a particularly hard fight for him even at 49.
