Since I believe a flaw in character assisted in his first ass whippin', I doubt very seriously he's going to correct that by the time his next ass whippin' is due. I expect Broner to fold like a house of cards once Maidana turns up the heat....

If the kid can get disciplined and learn how to not get punched so much, I'd give him a shot.

Who knows, this loss could be the best thing for him...

But I don't think he is capable of either, or he would have done it by now. Broner does not have it in him to bring the best of himself out.

I'm picking Broner in the rematch. In the first fight, the momentum was kinda shifting to Broner in the middle rounds until he got put down a second time. After that, he had to recollect himself all over again. I also think he looked passed Maidana and didn't train as hard as he claims.

I think he can fight a smarter fight in a rematch win a dec.

              Yup.

Yup. I agree. The kid has a rare toughness and if he can humble himself, he'll become a pay-per-view star as well. Over 2 million watched that fight!

Broner can't apply his bullying tactics on Maidana, who can pack a punch in the middle of an exchange. AB doesn't trade. He waits till the opponent stops, then throws his. His main defense on pressure is hug and clinch.

Maidana will win unless Broner actually enters the fight with a gameplan. Broner didn't have a gameplan in the first fight. His strategy was to do what he has always done - use his quickness to outbox an inferior opponent. When he found out Maidana wasn't inferior, he had no Plan B and got his ass.ets whipped.
