Floyd is not going to be able to hold the press off on this tour by saying "yes, Manny Pacquiao, you're next." He's going to be hit with all kinds of Pac and Bob Arum questions and he's going to keep hurting his name by looking bad and making silly excuses.
I hope we get to hear more of this stuff. (I'm sure this must have been posted before, but I've only heard for the first time today) Some rapper promoting a record on shade45 gets into with Floyd, and asks him all the tough questions. It's from around 09 buts its good.
I don't know how to embed.

When Floyd tweeted about "they want me to eat Marquez's leftovers" the "they" he was probably talking about are the Showtime execs.

when will boxing fans realize by now that floyd will never face pacquiao unless his pockets take a hit, i hope this khan fight does horrible PPV numbers. the only reason floyd took on canelo was because the guerrero PPV was a failure for showtime and he had to make canelo come at a catch weight to feel more comfortable. and i really dont understand why cant maidana just move on since he completely destroyed broner, it was never a close fight, only close fights deserve rematches, but im sure maidana wins by KO next time around, no matter how focused broner is he doesnt have the power to hurt him or the footwork to keep him off him.
floyd keeps playing with boxing fans because hes able to make millions fighting everybody except the guy we want to see him face. mayweather vs khan isnt even an interesting matchup, khan has yet to even prove himself at 147, he should at least go through keith thurman. i dont see how they are going to hype this one up.

He looks foolish in hindsight because he ended up fighting Shane Mosley afterwards and beat him easy. And as the Mosley fight was being negotiated, that same rapper was in denial, saying he doesn't believe it, and he'll believe it when the contract gets signed. Contracts were signed, and Floyd went onto to beat Mosley easily. But in that interview, he claimed that Mosley would beat Floyd's a$$, in those exact words.
Today, that same rappers says in interviews, 'oh I said that he would probably beat Mosley.' No you didn't. He's like some of the NBS posters, like after the Garcia vs. Matthysee fight.
