Risk his life???? Lady, you are a drama queen. He already has multi-millions so why is he still "risking his life"? So all the Flom's were wrong in calling Pac "easy money", "one dimensional midget"? And you still haven't figured out why Pac had an issue with 40 Mill and did not have an issue with charity, IE free, dumba$$. Once more since you are not the brightest thing....Pac's proposal whether serious or not is for BOTH him and Floyd to fight for charity, not just him so there is NO advantage of money for either guy and money is removed from their concern or negotiation! Floyd taking the alleged offer, or reasons why he cant or wouldn't is not the discussion here, it is Pac's reason behind free as in charity with regards to declining 40 million.

Maybe, maybe not. He said in the article that he is working out the tax situation which could mean he is serious based on what he is hearing from his consultants or it could mean he is showing that he is not desperate like Floyd thinks he is.

Why the f*** do some of you worry so much about manny's money situation? Amazing. Issues or not that doesn't mean he's barred from boxing. Then some of you keep bringing up the 40 million offer. Bringing that up just makes you look completely ignorant with no boxing iq. Ill remind you. Manny was at the top of his game. A 40 million offer was an insult at that stage in manny's career. For the kind of money that fight would have generated that offer was an insult and why it was turned down. Besides Floyd made an offer he knew manny would refuse. Another tactic only fmj fans could defend. Anyhow, you spin it anyway you want to but the crap happened years ago. A different day and with different circumstances. Move on already!!!!!!

Present time.....The only one I hear saying to make a fight is manny. He even comes out in public and makes a bold statement to fight for charity and to give the fans want they want. Wtf else do you want? But yet some of you claim he wouldn't do it because of tax troubles? Reaching. You don't think manny knows his integrity is on the line and the fans as well as the media would hold him accountable to his words? Manny has proven to be credible so take it for what it is.

There should no arguing this. If you are a real boxing fan then you would cheer manny for taking a bold step in announcing that not only does he want the fight but he wants it so bad that money isn't an issue. And that he would give in to testing demands. Does this sound lo like someone who doesn't want the fight???

It's amazes to see some of you rejecting manny's comments. What's even worse it your reasoning is manny's tax issues which none of you really know about or you bring up an offer that was made some years ago. Lol. For the sake of boxing will you please stop protecting your idol have some integrity for the sport. I know it's hard for you floyd fans to except but his BLUFF JUST GOT CALLED OUT.

You floyd fans really are a part of the problem. Stop supporting the excuses and tell your boy to take the challenge. For the fans, for the sport, and for his legacy.

Yeah, I have figured it out. It's because he is an illiterate like you. Turn down $40m he could use to pay his taxes and then fight for free and put money in everybody else's (networks, promoters, trainers, etc) pockets but his. You must be his financial advisor. Genius.

Actually Manny did call Floyd's bluff several times ..... that is why we are on Floyd's roadblock number 7 or 8!!!

Manny accepted testing with and then without cutoff dates.
Manny actually counter-offered the $40 million but Floyd said no way!

The latest one is that Floyd is saying that Manny is desperate and needs money and that is why he wants the fight ..... but Manny bluffed again and said, "I don't need the money and will do it for free Floyd (give to charity), now let's see you at the negotiation table!!!

So the next move is some other roadblock by Floyd but we all know that!

Genius, where do you get the idea he is fighting for free??? Man, you don't know sht about charity. Hint: It's not free. There are tax deductions, sponsors, and other ways money is made and/or saved that is not included in the base salaried/charitable parts. Again, since you are slow in the head: The original question was why would Pac turn down 40 mill and fight for free. Doesnt take a financial advisor to understand what may have been his rationale. I'll give you a hint, it is called taking away a previous area of power-play, a previous major block to the fight not happening. Oh, and one more thing, if he wins as he thinks he can, he surmises he can make more in future fights and a rematch. You know what they call that Genius??? In sales it is called a loss leader. Whether he can win or not it is still a perspective that he and others hold and if so would parlay into bargaining power. Next time I charge for this enlightenment. No checks, PayPal only. You are dismissed.

Money is butt hurt as if he will be doing it for free.
So now Pacman is challenging him to fight for charity
since Money Mayweather is making it sound as if he won't
                    make any money "helping" Pacman.

I'm trying to figure out Floyd's next excuse. Hmm....
                    This is not easy.
You lost your argument by calling Floyd "Money".

Also, Floyd would be helping pac immeasurably if he did this! What with tax write offs, essentially BUYING Pac votes in his coutry where he could likely see some of that money back. >__>... Geez why doesn't Money Mayweather fight for no money? Lol. The guy who has notoriously been vocal about his earnings, how he ONLY fights for money, how nobody helped him, etc etc.

This is just a troll move by pac and its funny because he likely wants to just see how Floyd rejects it. Floyd should funny troll him back and challenge him to a rubix cube challenge and the loser donates blood or plasma.

You also missed the fact that there are tax deductions in such a fight and money comes from sponsors not considered part of the salaried/charitable part. Again, since you are slow in the head: The original question was why would Pac turn down 40 mill and fight for free. Pretty obvious to anyone. You sure as hell are not his financial advisor but act like a charity event does not work in his favor without knowing anything about charity and tax deductions and sponsors.
The more you write the more you expose your ******ity. The $68m tax owing was not accumulated in one day but over a period of time - some of it before the $40m offer. I am sure Manny didn't just wake up one day and realized "Geez, I owe $68m in taxes". So, idiot, it didn't have to be written In the newspapers for Manny to be aware that he had tax obligations. You are such a genius - for him to get tax deduction for donating his purse to charity, the purse would have to be paid to him first (that means he will now owe additional millions in taxes on this income), he then gives this money to charity and is able to claim only a small fraction of it in tax deduction - much less than the additional millions he now owes in taxes. Bottom line, he ends up owing more money in taxes on this income than he can get back through tax deductions. Now do you understand why people don't give all their income to charity for tax purposes? You pay tax on the income but get only a small fraction of it back in tax deductions.
                      Idiot.
