Wasn't floyd the one that said he offered pac 40 million then said since he got knocked out that the deal for 40 million wasn't no longer on the table?
I'm not a math major , but this fight is expected to do around 250-300 million.
If that's the case isn't 40% of 250 more then 40 million.

Why did Pacquiao only agree to a "14 day" cut off after video came out of him ikn the 24/7 series having blood taken 14 days before a fight?

He felt it was an issue because he did testing close to the morales fight and he felt that it weakend him. He never said he was scared of needles.
