You Floyd fans buy everything Floyd says ....... they were fighting for the 154 title. What did you expect? For that title, Floyd and Oscar could have come in any weight up to 154. 10 ounce gloves are the norm for 154.

For the Maidana I fight, it wasn't even in the contract but Floyd cried and paid for Maidana's silence and to fight with pillow gloves.


Now the funniest part about this whole "but Oscar had me fight with 10 ounce gloves" is that it was actually more beneficial for Floyd since Oscar is the bigger puncher and would have benefitted with 8oz gloves. Plus it protects Floyd's hands better.

Secondly, Floyd was the A side for the Canelo and Cotto fight at 154. Did Floyd fight with 8oz gloves? No! So you Floyd fans need to stop licking Floyd's every word.

It's not the size it's the gloves themselves. Why is this so hard Floyd wore Reyes vs Oscar.

Wasn't it for ODH's 154 lbs belt? If I remember correctly, 10 oz gloves are REQUIRED for fights above welterweight. So floyd fights for ODH's 154 lbs title, and you complain about floyd "fighting at ODH's weight" and the 10 oz gloves that are required for said 154 lbs championship fight? Did ODH go the night before and say if floyd dont do what I want no fight? No he didn't. So thats a horrible comparison imo

floyd CAN NOT wear cleto reyes what are you talking about? Or did you forget he always complained that his hands where hurting and when he tried grants he stayed with those specific gloves for that specific reason, cuz his hands used to hurt after fights.

*Also, floyd complained about the SIZE OF THE GLOVE. That they wear TOO BIG. That they felt like "heavyweight" gloves.

So floyd fights ODH at LMW, 154 lbs, for ODH's LIGHT MIDDLEWEIGHT title. Its a LMW title fight. 10 oz gloves are REQUIRED for fights above ww. 154 lbs is the weight limit for a LMW championship fight. I now see why ya floyd fans wasn't sh^ttin on floyd for fighting canelo at a catchweight. Cuz ya just got the floyd blinders on and he can do no wrong. Even with the FACTS that I put up, ya still crying and complaining.

"SkillsPaysBills" brought up the point as has others that Oscar asked him to wear bigger gloves than Floyd was accustomed to. That is, 10oz instead of 8oz gloves. He is not the first to do so.

The 10oz gloves has more padding than 8oz gloves but Floyd still complained. Why? Floyd said ....... listen ....... had too much padding! The contradiction in Floyd is just crazy. Not sure why you believe Floyd's every words.
