I very much believe that Pacquiao would do this, and I am no ******. I just truly believe that Pacquiao is very pro life, and would sacrifice his paycheck to make everyone happy.

My point is that I do not think Pac is bluffing about what he is proposing vere, whether the IRS allow it or not, I believe Pac would really go through with this.

Then you really have to ask yourself: "why wouldn't he do it before when offered 40 million dollars, but he's prepard to do it now?". Pretty much like Pacquiao walking from the best deal he was ever going to get, then four years later stating that random testing, with no cut offs, is good for boxing.

Im trying my hardest to be unbias here pac made some dumb decisions recently and now its catching up to him this is prize fighting i know arum is not going to let pac fight for free lamo bob not having that this just a PR stunt

Who is Manny to dictate what Floyd's purse should be or what Floyd should do with his money? If Manny is serious he can say he, Manny, will fight for free or donate his money to charity - it is his choice - but he cannot tell Floyd what to do with his. What nonsense. Fans will still be happy if Manny fights for free or donates his money to charity while Floyd gets paid - why insist that Floyd accept his terms? That, right there, tells you he is not serious. Floyd already donates to charity as much as anyone else. Why should Floyd fight Manny for $0 when Manny would not fight him for $40m. I like Manny but if he actually said the things being attributed to him then he is very naive or he is just posing. Floyd will never allow Manny to dictate terms to him. He doesn't need Manny that much.

Furthermore it's a bit of a reach, but it sounds like hes planning on not re-signing strait away to TopRank for the fans and a charity fight, Because Arum would never allow a free fight either unless arum gets a bit on the side. But I see no promotional company or Network would do it unless you pay them out of your own pocket.
