That's not how business works. Nothing is accepted until you sign a contract. You don't negotiate over Twitter.
so pacquiao comes out on twitter late last year..... what about the last 5 years??? hhmmmm again... everytime pacquiao agreed to a demand... floyd changed his mind and had a new demand.... the last one, after pacquiao agreed to testing up until the fight split money and all that, floyd comes out... he got marquez problems... I dont do business with bob arum... which I showed it was complete bs (see my previous post on page 251).... sooo..... NEXT EXCUSE!!!

If you want this fight to happen but don't voice it, then you don't really want the fight to happen. As fans we have a little bit of influence and our voice deserve to be heard. Not doing anything says you ok with whatever they decide. This is why people always talk about this because they want it to happen. Even if you think it doesn't matter how big of a stink us fans make they will decide what's best for them, at least it shows them telling us in big letters, fawk the fans.

But keep believing that "floyd wont do business with arum" bs of an excuse
            You make up lies.

They went to arbitration where Pac REFUSED 14 days. Stop making things up, liar.

Lmao. Oh really? Is that what happened?

They went to arbitration and the fight was called off. Arum immediately began negotiating for another fight...but a week after Arum had an epiphany and changed his mind??? hahahahah. You're a joke.

They went through a lengthy negotiation process in which a contract was fully drawn up, then went to arbitration and called the fight off...and then in a week he said, "You know what? Let's do it." hahahaha. You've disgraced yourself. Log off.

You know I was bull****ting around trying to sharpen my boxing IQ when I came up with this trivial fact.

I will list each fighters matches held on a Cinco de Mayo weekend.

                    Manny Pacquiao vs:
                    Juan Manuel Marquez = May 8, 2004
                    Ricky Hatton = May 2, 2009
                    Shane Mosely = May 7, 2011

                    Floyd Mayweather vs:
Oscar de la Hoya = May 5, 2007
                    Shane Mosely = May 1, 2010
                    Miguel Cotto = May 5, 2012
                    Robert Guerroro = May 4 , 2013
                    Marcos Maidana = May 3, 2014

Pacquiao has the distinguished honor of being the first boxer to fight in a Cinco de Mayo weekend. While Floyd has the distinguished honor of fighting more in a Cinco de Mayo weekend. Between the two boxers, Floyd earned more during a Cinco de Mayo weekend bigger PPV nnumbers and larger prize money.

Also, another ****** stuff I am just reviewing, Pacquiao's tax problem with his country's equivalent of the IRS.

"The BIR sued Pacquiao for alleged tax deficiency of P2.23 billion." (source ).

The Philippine Peso of P 2.23 billion is equivalent to $50,516,970.50 in today's exchange. Yes, $50M almost equivalent to 2 and 1/2 fight purses of Pacquiao. The Philippine government in its corruption is suing Pacquiao to almost 1/4 of what he earned in all of his fight purses combined.

Pacquiao is hated and envied in the main Philippine government by some politicians. Only way they can harm him is to go after his money. Seriously, if you as a regular person earning $50,000 for 5 years ("$250,000" but reality it's less due to 401K, insurance, and taxes) then the US government sues you for $150,000 you will be yelling out loud corruption and harassment.

That is why the Philippine government suing Pacquiao for tax evasion was an embarrassing fiasco not for Pacquiao but towards the corrupt and idiotic politicians in the Philippine government.

                      great article on espn.

-confirms Khan as the leading backup plan. Other alternatives include Provo and Matthysse.

-Prince Harry has a group aiming for a Pacquiao fight in UK. Khan makes sense.

-PAC agreed to all the terms. The mediator was Leslie Moonves.

                      Now this is key.
Arum says he has had direct conversations with Al Haymon on the deal terms. Arum says they are on the same page. This says a lot. Arum wouldnt lie about this as they obviously have had a rocky relationship in the past.

                      Also mentions.
Haymon as advisor to Khan. However he has no power in turning down a Pac-Khan fight. GBP is Khan's promoter. ODLH is confident that they can make that fight.
