Comments Thread For: Mayweather: In My Life, I'll Never Do Business With Arum!

WBC welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. (45-0, 26KOs) has made it clear that a super-fight with Manny Pacquiao will never happen as long as the Filipino star is promoted by Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum. Mayweather's comments are quite different from the statements Arum presented in a recent interview, where the veteran promoter said that he was very friendly with Floyd and there was no animosity between them. Judging by Mayweather's comments, there is still a lot of animosity.

That fight is possible, I doubt Bradley stays with Top Rank considering all the opposition he could face outside of Top Rank.

            From a recent interview:

The Malignaggi fight was chosen by his management team. The Maidana fight was chosen by Adrien himself. He should have his management team continue to pick his fights for him; that's why he's got his management team.
His management doesn't want ANYTHING to do with Pacquiao.

Arum is the biggest and best Promoter in boxing, so why does Mayweather not do business with him? Just another excuse for not fighting Pacquiao!!
              Mayweather is pathetic!

Well then they need to learn what the field of management consists of and do their ****ing jobs. That's probably not the issue though. I have a feeling they have direct orders to avoid Pac though.

Im not surprised!! Hes the king of excuses to avoid a fight with pacquiao! Keep on Mr. "Best in the world" I enjoy watchin you look more like a coward as the days go by. U might as well admit ur afraid of pac and dont wanna fight him. I'd respect u more than makin excuses to avoid him.
