In order to beat Rigondeaux you have to be willing to jump on him and make it an ugly fight. Rigondeaux likes to feel comfortable and in control during fights, that's how he is effective. He creates space and a zone where he feels safe operating from and keeps you at the distance he wants.

I believe Salido would be able to execute this type of gameplan and pull it off. Lomachenko is too mechanical/robotic and you are not outboxing Rigo. Donaire can also pull it off mixed with finesse and lateral movement which he does have and gives him the best shot out of all the fighters available to beat Guillerma.

This is what I've been trying to say but it seems to go over peoples' heads, can Lomachenko actually accomplish something before we actually start giving a damn about a Rigondeaux fight. I'm not that impressed personally and he may not even get past Salido.

Really? Lomachenko couldn't drop less than 1kg to make an amazing fight happen??!!
2Lbs to 124 as Rigondeaux has suggested seems better all round. Rigo goes up 2lbs, Lomachenko down 2lbs
But nah the kid wants Rigo to go up 4! He's bottling already

Boy still obviously does not want to fight rigondeaux and people making him try to save face bugging him about it just stop he doesn't want non of rigo and he is smart for it. Ducknaire pulled the same puzzy move it's just funny how the go to escape remains the same so fking embarrassing . Nonita is the real embarrassment tho Lomachenko just being forced to save face.

mmmm Im not okay with making Rigo the champ go up. This is where a catchweight is justified.

Why is the guy even getting asked about Rigo, he has just started his professional career and Rigo is a champ who has outclassed all his opponents. It's just feckin idiotic to even have the conversation at this stage.

Can't fault a fighter for not wanting to go down in weight. Any fighter can fight at a higher weight. Only a few can be effective at a lower weight. Ask Chad Dawson. If Lomo doesn't want to go down in weight, that's his right, and he can't be accused of ducking Rigo.

Translation - I lose a fair fight at a catch weight but I might have a chance if I make him come all the way up since I'm the bigger man. Can't blame him ,rigo's an assassin !

Can't really blame lomachenko for ducking and using any excuse he can come up with (ie no catch weight) ringo is a tough 2nd fight to have. He's not ready yet ringo way to good .

I've seen Lomachenko fight , I get it , he is promising. But why is a fight vs Rigo already being entertained. Doesn't this guy only have 1 pro fight?

Are you kidding me. Is this where we are at with professional boxing? I feel like he is the hyped rookie high flyer basketball player being asked about the dunk contest.

Let him get some rounds under his belt. Let him fight for more than 3 fucking rounds with no head gear.
