          No rigo/ Donaire was the greatest for us but seeing angulo quit and Lara getting an opportunity to fight for a belt is pretty good thou

            You read quite a bit into my little remark, didn't you?

            It wasn't an all-time great victory, but it was better than a poke in the eye. (Pun intended.) Landy got up twice from the canvass and made the tough-as-nails Angulo quit. I wonder how you would interpret that if the shoe were on the other foot. Mariachi, anyone?

                  The present Cuban pros are only the tip of the iceberg. They serve as inspiration for the ones to follow. Just like in baseball, the defections will accelerate. This isn't like the old days. The walls are crumbling.

                    The business side may always be a problem it's not like baseball where the whole team is followed by the fans . In boxing u follow the fighter and as far as Cubans go there's not a lot of us. And not speaking English doesn't help u get fans in this country . But I'm hopeful that if some get the chance they won't be stopped. The talent is too good!!!
