London heavyweight star Dereck Chisora continues to trim down and looks to be in top form for his showdown with Ondrej Pala tomorrow night at the Copper Box Arena. Chisora defends his WBO International title with the Vacant WBA International also up for grabs in the main event of the show. Chisora (18-4, 12 KOs) came in at around 235 pounds, while Pala (32-3, 22 KOs) of the Czech Republic was a bit heavier and stepped on the scale at around 241 pounds. No more "bingeing... on packets... of biscuits" for Delboy, then. (Jim Rosenthal quote, for anyone who watched the post-interviews after Scott.)

    Good to see.

        For Chisora, yes.

He's probably lost around 15lbs since when he was fighting Vitali and Haye.

Maybe its just a bad pic but he really looks a bit soft in that picture. Did he lose muscle? Against gerber he looked much better with the same weight. But maybe this is just a bad pic.

235 is a good weight for him... he should flatten pala within 6...

I think DelBoy's gonna be a big force in the HW division now he's in shape, id even put money on him beating price and if a rematch with fury happened I think he'd win.

                    Gotta love Del Boy.

He looks in decent shape. Essentially he was a fat lad who boxed to lose wait initially.

He's not a fat lad anymore.
