In the vid,Karceno talks about all the claims that Arum makes about how much Pacquiao gets paid in fights,and that Pac owes the Filipino government in taxes because Pacquiao reports on what he gets paid does not match the amount that `s reported to the Filipino government.I figured that Pacquiao got paid a lot less then what is reported to the press.

I notice this as well...NSAC had different guarantees then what Arum was telling the public...Another poster had brought up Leonard Ellerbre statements a few years back that Bob Arum didn't really want to negotiate because they would have to open up there books and everybody would see what Manny was really making...

The only place Arum hide`s some of Pacquaio purses is in Arum`s Bank account.And he`s hiding it from Pacquiao not from the Filipino Government.And Pacquiao has avoided Mark Too sharp,Rafeal Marquez,Tim Austin,Juan Guzman,Nate Campbell,Zahir Raheem and many others.So the only cherrypicker i see is Pacquiao.

If you are reporting and telling the media that you are making $40 million this year, and then you give the IRS a tax form that shows $20 millions.
They are going to question where is the other $20 million?

What is reported to the press should have no bearing on what you submit in your tax forms. And since he has a double taxation agreement likelihood is (and its in one of the photos) he submits his tax returns to the U.S government and not the Phillipines.

Also if this is true and Pacquiao doesn't have a bloody accountant it's his own fault.
