Where are you dumb ****s getting the balance from Manny account? The govt is not going to disclose that to the media. If Manny had to borrow money, probably it was because the BIR froze his accounts before the typhoon and the IRS havent sent them the paperwork (they take forever). You guys reach beyond ******ity.

The Philippine government disclosed the amount. The amount has been confirmed in reports everywhere, including the LA Times, ESPN, Yahoo, Hufington Post, etc. They froze 22 of his accounts its been reported, and only 2 of them had any money (up to $25k).

Tax commissioner Kim Henares denied any harassment, saying only two bank accounts containing a total of 1.1 million pesos were frozen.

Then the LA Times article...

Henares said of 22 banks her agency has ordered to report on Pacquiao's accounts, only two said they held deposits for Pacquiao and that the total was only 1.1 million pesos ($25,200), which is now covered by the garnish.

“It is unbelievable to me that he has only 1.1 million pesos,” Henares said.

Arum is dirty and slimy as hell, and intelligent to boot. It's quite possible that he has done the equivalent of turning Pacquiao out and put him on the stroll for the greatest pimp job of all time.

With all the money Pac has earned there is no way he should be needing advances at this point in his career.

Arum is quite the funny guy. In the LA Times article, he even contradicts himself unknowingly.

Arum said Pacquiao has other accounts elsewhere but declined to elaborate.

And then says:

Arum previously donated $25,000 to the typhoon relief effort and said he’d be willing to front Pacquiao more money for the recovery, “but where am I going to put it?”

So indirectly Arum admits that he lied, and Pacquaio doesn't have any accounts elsewhere. Or which is it?

It does not surprise me really. He is a trusting guy, from a very poor background. He now has 10000 bloodsuckers constantly draining him. He will be forced to fight another 10 years and will still be broke unless he seriously cuts ties.

He would be better off moving to the States.

What I don't understand is that he made 58 million in purses in 2008 and 09, but they claim he owes them 50 Million in Taxes for those years? LOL

Deposits, meaning cash or cash equivalent. If he have 22 accounts, most are mutual fund and other investment. You dont use 22 bank accounts for checking. Some misleading reporters out there.
