Roach is right in that Floyd vs. Manny is still the biggest PPV fight that can be made. It would be the biggest PPV in history.

He's wrong in saying that Pac would win, but what the hell is he supposed to say, he does train the guy.

The simple fact is, this is still the biggest fight to be made, and they are both running out of opponents. By themselves, Money is a bigger draw then Pac, but if Pac fights Marquez next and Money fights Kahn I am not sure which fight sells more in the USA.

If Mayweather is as smart as I think he is, he should fight pac next, whoop his ass, and then we can FINALLY start talking about something else.

With that said.......If they really want the Mayweather fight then Bob should make it happen.
But lets be honest. It's the same ***** different toilet.

They say they want Mayweather after every fight but...........the April date was already booked before negotiations can even start. Also look for a November date to be booked by Bob after Manny's april fight.

Roach needs to STFU because it's all BS.
Neither he or Pac can get Bob to do the fight.

Mayweather on the other hand gets the fights he wants.
Pacquiao keeps saying talk to my promoter.
He gets the fights he wants? So what you are saying is that if Floyd wants to fight let's say ohhh somebody nobody heard of the Network and GBP would be fine with that right? They'd happily guarantee him $41 million to fight said nobody right...solely because he wants it right? SMH some people on here need to think before they type. Let's be real he fought Canelo because of Espinoza and the huge hit they took on the Guerrero fight...they aren't going to let him just fight anyone after that...he signed the contract network gets final say on the opponent. I ain't knocking Floyd, I like the brother but I don't believe all the hype about being your own boss..

I would assume Showtime has to make 2 M in PPV now to get even.
Floyd fights are getting very very expensive to make starting from
Floyd's $40 M guarantee. Then there's the expensive undercards and
the astronomical sums in marketing the fight. They learned
a lesson from the Guerrero fight, which was a flop. They forced
an unwilling Mayweather to fight Canelo. Floyd demanded a catchweight.

        Let's see what happens.

You know this how? Oh you read it somewhere...oh you heard it somewhere or did you factually see his bank accounts, statements, his contract with top rank or anything that would actually hold up as irrefutable proof in a court of law? Me thinks no...this is why I hate discussing finances in boxing and in music...everyone always assumes some shhh they heard or read is true..you know what's true what's written on the bout contract for each fight...what happens to dollars after that is anyone's guess...no boxer in the world can tell you exactly where their dollars go.

There is a reason why Pac doesn't get those numbers GUARANTEED.
Thats because he ain't making that.

Floyds contract guarantees him those huge pay days he gets.
It's in the paper work filed with the commission.

Manny on the other hand got Bob telling the media that pac is guaranteed 25 million but files a contract with the commission saying 6 million.

The reason......because he can't really guarantee those huge purses.
Now if PPV sells are what Bob really says they are( which they are not) then yes manny may get the 18 million but.............

subtract 33 1/3% for Bob, 10% for Roach, Konz %, and manny is left with what?

Mayweather gets 100% of his money and only pays out flat fees to GB/AL/Trainer/Leonard
I already know one of your numbers is wrong. Roach gets a flat fee not a percentage. WIth that said, I don't know if I can rely/believe your other numbers.

Just once I would like for one of these many financial analysts to show some proof just once...never mind the fact the fans are sitting around contemplating what another man is getting instead of contemplating the things that actually matter in boxing in matchups and skills.

Man! Mayweather taking Danny Garcias leftovers now, Khan got his ass put to sleep with that left hook.

If Floyd didn't have any belts I wouldn't care, I just don't like dudes leap frogging everyone in the top ten who isn't the champ and getting a shot at it.
Thats pretty much how Floyd started though. He leaped the whole division to fight Castillio. If you are overall a better fighter than the current comp at the weight level. take the fight. Floyd hadn't fought at 154 yrs, should he have taken another fight to get a shot at Cotto, who was #1 at the time or De La Hoya?

Ummm, Floyd has broken PPV records without Pac. Floyd can go fight Kahn and sell out Wimbley. So no, he doesnt need Pac. He can re-match Cotto and do 1mill ppvs cause of their last fight. (He would embarrass Cotto this time because of the boxing style he has used with Floyd Sr.) But it would still sell because some people think Cotto ALMOST BEAT HIM with the 3rds he won. Remember all the guys on here were saying Ortiz was coming on and winning when the fight was stopped. lol. He could just go beat Martinez and take a middleweight title and Sell a boat load of PPV's and fight Broner for his farewell fight (and people would be rooting for Floyd to shut up Broner. ( In one of AB's worldstar videos he was saying that if the Money is right and he had to fight one of his friends, that "if the money is right we just gotta fight" -AB. So in reality he doesnt need Pac to sell PPV's.
