I think he could be able to, not right now though. He's not ready yet. But by the time he's ready, manny would already be retired.

Garcia isn't ready for that work. Right now he is two divisions away from Pacquiao, which is a great place to be. He can focus on building his legacy and draw power, so that when the big dogs leave boxing he can become a star. What he shouldn't be doing is looking for a fight that will shave years off of his prime.
