Groves vs Froch Rematch Who Do You Have Winning Now?

Groves only mistake was getting careless at times and brawling, he didn't need to exert that much energy, he was landing at will all night, especially with that jab and right

Had Booth been in his corner I think he wud have talked some sense into Groves and told him to relax. Its amazing Groves went into this fight without the guy who got him this far.

In a rematch I have Groves winning by a early to mid round stoppage

Also I think him and Booth will get back together, backstage after the fight Booth was crying and hugging him

Booth is a good trainer and Groves skill set was evident, just a little inexperienced and a horrible ref who let Froch cheat and then win via dodgy stoppage.

I don't fancy Froch chances in a rematch, there is nothing he can do to cope with the speed and power. This time around all Groves has to do is not go all out and brawl, just time his shots like he was doing early on.

I hope George tells them to **** off. How is he supposed to win?

The ref favored Froch like the Germans used to favor Ottke. The judges obviously was either blind, paidoff or ******ed aswell.

Again, how is he supposed to win? Froch was hurt 25 times - nothing. George gets somewhat hurt 1 time - the fight is stopped.

This just reminds me of Rios Vs. Alvarado II. If Groves stuck to the game plan, I honestly think he would have won the fight pretty easily. If Groves took a knee in round 8...I can't say for certain how it would have been. Maybe Groves would have recovered and still decisioned Froch? Maybe Froch would have knocked out Groves. We can't say for certain because the Ref stole the fight today.

In a rematch, Groves wins easily as long as he doesn't brawl like he did a few rounds.

Assuming nothing unusual happens, Groves should take it.

He needs to get together and make peace with Booth and makesure this time around everything is 50/50 and agreed upon

Groves went into this fight without the one guy who looks out for him

Hern cant have full control of everything

Groves need to work on his stamina and I reckon he could stop him late with all those right hands.

Froch has always been pretty poor defensively, will be interesting to see how he adapts if there is a rematch.

Booth would have got Groves not to try and counter everything.

Especially as he was getting tired.

Froch is a supremely conditioned athlete though - no question. So a late stoppage is always on the cards.

Groves with a decision win but having to cling on at the end. I don't think Froch can be stopped. That combination Groves landed should have been enough to knock the fucker out 6 times over.

Froch wouldn't be as sloppy in a rematch, he was trying to fight on the back foot and was just getting beat to the punch and countered, when he took the centre of the ring he was back in the fight. Froch underestimated Groves for the first half f the fight and was shocked, wouldn't happen again.

Unless Groves improves his stamina drastically, he will not beat Froch in a 12 round decision.

                  Still going with Froch

Froch is pretty tough and a strong puncher but he struggles against guys with good timing and mobility. Groves was hurting him which I did not expect to happen, and Froch was handily losing this fight. It was a terrible stoppage, a standing eight-count would have been sufficient. Either Froch would have finished the job or Groves would have boxed his way to a decision.

If there is a rematch, Groves knows two things. First he can effectively fight and hurt Froch, but also that Froch can hurt him back. A good fight plan, and he can beat this guy convincingly.
