    He's toast.
Not true, rios did and had more movements in his amateur days. Sure rios likes to brawl but I don't think he will in this fight unless like I mention how will he reacts if he starts getting tag a lot. Expect to see a lot of movements from rios, how long and how effective will it be, we'll have to find out.

Plus like I said gracia's pops is involved in this camp, u really think they need all this extra help just so rios can stand and trade with PAC? lol.

U guys will see come Saturday, I think gracia and his pops is working on a game plan to suprise manny and roach, all I'm saying is PAC and roach Better have a plan b because if they think rios is gonna slug it out they're in for a rude awakening. Just look at PAC/Marquez 3, roach admitted that he thought Marquez was gonna come out swinging and manny will take him out, that didn't happen. People are not that dumb, gracia and his pops knows rios can't stand and trade.
I see what you are saying, and I like to be proven wrong in this case since I like Rios as well.
But my prediction is that Rios' gameplan is who has a better chin (all that talks of retiring and being past it wreaks of that)... He's going to try to wear Pac down and go for the kill.
Pac is not an inside fighter, so Rios will try to get inside and hope to land big. Simple and easy to execute. If Pac's chin is really gone, then great for Rios.

The problem with roach is he tends to think that just because this fighter fights this way he's gonna fight like that all the the time which has been proven wrong by roach more than once. Just because rios likes to slug doesn't mean he's gonna do it with PAC, that's why there's a game plan. Rios will move a lot and once he's done enough damage that's when he'll slug it and try to take PAC out. Roach thinks rios is just gonna come out slugging as soon as the bell ring and I think he's wrong big time. If there's Anything to learn take it from the PAC/Marquez 3.

When I think of Pac vs Rios, I think of Rios vs Acosta...
Rios' movement was to chase Acosta around while taking punishment upstairs and giving up rounds leading up to the KO which Rios eventually got.

And I'm not saying rios is gonna run, all I'm saying is he's not gonna just walk straight towards manny like he usually does with his pass opponents. Expect to see a lot movements from rios. How long and how effective is the big question.

You're out of your mind if you don't believe Ariza helped out Pacquiao.
Pac looked good before don't get me wrong, but when he moved up in weight to 135 and connected with Ariza he looked unstoppable. He took it to Diaz, destroyed DLH, flattened Hatton, had Cotto beaten by the 6th round, had amazing stamina against Clottey, ended Margarito's career, all without ever losing speed, power, or stamina.

Yes, Pacquiao is a talent, but credit has to be given to Ariza. As I said most fighters lose either speed, power, and stamina when moving up in weight, Ariza made sure he didn't.

That's more to do with Pac's style and inability to adjust. Roach's plan B is to look bad but win with activity.

If Rios pulls a Mosley, then he can forget winning.

p.s. I don't agree with the JMM comparison, Rios is nowhere near that skill level and Garcia doesn't have enough experience with Roach/Pac than Nacho has.

One more thing I'll like to add is we've all seen bigger guys thinking they can stand and trade with PAC and take him out. All that back fired on them so I'm pretty sure gracia is smarter this time around he's had one chance at manny with marg already I'm petty sure he's not gonna tell rios to stick to the same game plan like Marg did.

Difference was, Margarito was weight drained for that fight. Not only has Margarito always been slow, but being weight drained didn't help him. He was a walking zombie in there, and should have been pulled out of there by the 9th round.
Hope Diaz takes note of this and has the guts to throw the towel if Rios is getting hurt in there.
