Comments Thread For: Ward on Golovkin: I Don't See Him Calling Me Out!

Originally posted by T18Z View PostExactly, Ward has nothing left to prove at 168, yet he practically refuses to move down or move up, instead waiting for people to come after him, it's pretty lame, not really the mentality of someone who's legacy is going to last.

Ward Is Over-Rated; Gennady Would Impose His Will & Knock Ward Out!
Ward says he sees holes in GGG's game? I'm sure GGG sees holes in Ward he can take advantage of. Gennady is a warrior. Sergio won't fight him. You don't hear Chavez Jr calling him out. Cotto would rather fight Canelo. Canelo would rather fight Cotto. Macklin got destroyed, Murray ran home to mommy. Stevens is still peeing blood and he was supposed to have been the killer down from '68 destroying everyone. No way in hell would Floyd Junior fight GGG. Bring on Ward. Let him fight every second of every round and find out his jab won't hold Gennady off, then what. GGG is the real deal whether you like it or not. Just keep signing people up to fight him and they all get the same parting fight: a train wreck and a trip to ER.

On one hand, he's unbeatable because of his boxing style. On the other hand, his huge ego has made him illogical. He believes he deserves money like Floyd but refuses to see that he's not a popular fighter.

Why do ppl care if he moves up or down. Frankly speaking, he has nothing to really move in either direction rite now. None of the mws would fight him and at 175 who else is there besides Stevenson and kovalev. Hopkins would fight him, wouldn't make sense to. Really those fights aren't nearly as big as what should be coming to 168 soon.
