    all good fights IMO

i think garcia is too skilled and fundamentally sound to lose to gamboa,, we would slowly time him, and end up either ko'ing him, or winning a close decision,,,
Garcia does gamboa just like danny did khan,, lose some rounds early but get the timing down and go from there

broner-ortiz is really a 50/50 fight,, i have no idea how this turns out,, ortiz could do what he did to berto,, i need to see broner vs maidana and then i will have a much more accurate assessment,, right now its 50/50

cotto-thurman-- tough fight for both guys,, I think age will catch up to cotto and he loses by late stoppage in a fight he was winning early,, i just think thurman has fresher legs and fresher chin, and is more hungry at this moment in time,, at 147 or 54 i like thurman in a 60/40 type fight,,, cotto will start off good but after 6,7 rounds thurman will start landing more and more and i think thurman stops him in about 10 or 11

I'd pick Garcia over Gamboa and Ortiz over Broner, though both fights are close enough IMO they could easily go to the other guy.

I'd favor Cotto over Thurman, far more proven.

        @ 126-130, Gamboa. @ 135, Garcia.

Can't call the Broner/Ortiz fight, until I see how he takes a punch against Maidana. If he doesn't pass the eye test, Ortiz.

Which Cotto? Prime Cotto or current 154 Cotto? Prime, Cotto. 154, Thurman.

yes cotto is much more proven, but i dont like his chances vs a young stud like thurman who can **** and box alittle,,,
I think cotto starts fast and shows his class, but eventually will tire out and wont be able to keep thurman off of him ala the first margs fight, or even the clottey fight, and thurman has more pop than clottey and cotto has alot more mileage than he did when he fought clottey

Garcia - would eventually figure out gamboa
Ortiz - really depends on which ortiz shows up but if he comes in the way he did with berto, he has a good chance.
              Thurman - wears down cotto
