Does anyone really give Rios a shot to be Pacquiao?

Hectari says Rios is 100% sure to KO Pacquiao. If he sees this thread he will tell you that. I don't give Rios more than a very small chance to win. Pacquiao should win by KO within 7 rounds or so.

No, Rios will be butchered. Pacquiao's hand and foot speed are 2 things he's never seen or dealt with before. He's going to get hit often and hard.

I honestly have never seen a top guy in his mid 30s get put to sleep, literally put to sleep and comeback and be on the mountain top again,,, guys have been ko'd before and gone on to have good careers, i just dont think i have ever seen a guy get put to sleep comeback and dominate,,,

I think rios is a very live underdog in this fight

Pretty much this. I think Rios is tailor made for PAC but Manny isn't in his prime he's arguably lost his last 3 fights and I don't think he's been 100% focused on boxing the last couple years and it may catch up with him. I dont think at his age and the wars hes been through you can flick a switch to get motivated again . Rios won't get a decision but you'd think hell throw everything including the Kitchen sink at Manny. I'm a Rios fan so I'm probably biased but there are allot of stotylines that make me excited for this fight.

If the Pacquiao from JMM 4 shows up Rios is ****ed.

Rios doesn't have the intelligence or familiarity with Pacquiao that Juan has.

Aside from the obvious question mark that's hanging over this fight, no, he doesn't have a chance. Pac is (or at least was) better than him in every way.

I do think we might see a pretty good version of Rios though. In the early going against Alvarado, I thought it was the best version of Rios I'd ever seen. He looked much more explosive, more agile, and he was generally moving much better than I'd seen him move before.

That **** evaporated quickly though, really quickly. After a few rounds he was back to plodding. I think that other level of conditioning work that will have gone into this might mean that he shows up looking very sharp in this one, but there's pretty much no way he keeps it up unless he's juiced out of his mind.

I'm not going to disagree with that. Manny looked really good in parts of the fight. I feel mannyy has lost his hunger in the ring for the last couple fights and after the first KD it brought the fire back. But he got KO cold in that fight and he hasn't fought in almost a year. Who's to say he hasn't slipped or the KO didn't f@ck with his mind. I'm not saying it did but untill the fight happens these are possibilities IMO. Rios isn't the most skilled by far but you know hes showing up to fight I don't think he'll pull a Clottey and just show up for a cheque. If this was 2009 Id say PAC literally pistol whips Rios but it's not. All I'm saying Is I give Rios a shot but Im biased so it is what it is.

Rios doesn't have big power at 140 and this is his 1st time fighting at 147 so not giving him a chance unless Pacquiao chin is on Khan level now

Unless pacquaio is completely shot, rios has no chance. He sucks.

Notice how the fight gets closer and closer and Warrios is posting less and less.
