Its a myth when your not the one in the ring,everyone one know he has problems with southpaws it as clear as day

So much of a problem that he beats Southpaws more easily than he does Orthodox fighters and lands at a higher connect percentage. The only difference is the shoulder roll isn't as effective vs Southpaws.

If you look at Floyd's historic opponent selection, its always been the right choice. He has some misses obviously but there were other factors preventing those fights from happening.

I know Schaefer and Espinoza want Khan. The issue is whether Floyd will once again make the right decision or take the bait on this crap fight.

I just personally don't see Floyd fighting Khan IMO; they usually build Floyd opponent as coming off a huge win Khan just doesn't fit that bill. Floyd's idea opponent is Maidana if he beats Broner.

To beat Floyd, you need to have a good/effective left hand. Guys like Castillo, Cotto and Oscar, who are not southpaws, used their left hand effectively and gave Floyd trouble when they used it.

So does it have to be a southpaw? No but the fighter better have an effective left.

If I was buying stock today (excluding Floyd), I'd buy Trout. E Lara showed too many holes in his game against Perro. Gaurantee he's Iimproved his game since the loss. Canelo beats Lara early.

trout lara is a great fight, should lara win he deserves canelo or floyd or some kind of big title shot. lara has beat some good opposition, adding trout to his resume will def boost his stock he has to force his way through like many have

Cotto and Oscar are converted Southpaws who lead with there strong hand ala Winky and Ortiz who fight in the Southpaw stance but lead with there strong hands. Oscar and Cotto have greats jabs and that was really and they landed. The biggest punches that have landed on Floyd has been rights hands From Shanne to Corley and Zab. It so happens two out of the three landed them from a Southpaw angle which is where that myth comes from.

Nah your too much of a bias fan to c he gets hit cleaner sumtimes by southpaws then most of the orthodox fighters he fought....the only orthodox fighters that gave him problems was agustus,castillo,hatton,de la hoya and cotto out of all the orthodox fighters he fought hes beaten all the rest easily...floyd has only fought 5 southpaws in his whole pro career and they all gave him problems....it facts man..10 fighters have given floyd problems in his 45-0 career. With him beating 35 orthodox fighters easily while struggling with 5 orthos and five southpaws so its safe to say that he beats orthodox fighters more easier then southpaws so do the math,cuz ur wrong fanboy

At 154; no CW... I see both being trouble for Floyd. 2 good sized 'slick' south paws Trout with a high output and Lara more technical, I think it's something Floyd hasn't seen in a while.

Saying he got hit a couple times cleaner vs Southpaws and struggling with them is two different things. I mean you said he struggled with Sharmab Mitchell what more else can I say. The scorecards and KO's tell me he hasn't struggled with Southpaws.
