lara was struggling in that fight..........I'm not even sure he would have beat vanes.

He was struggling to miss his left.

Every straight left he threw landed on Vanes nose. All the 3rd round when both of them finished with the halting and reading, all you hear is the fans go "ooh" and Martirosyan's head snapping back from all the lefts.

It was not a difficult fight to score at all.

I didn't get the impression that Lara was struggling.

man fighters don't change. I don't know what Darchinyan thinks he can actually do different. He was dominated in every possible way, speed, defense, strategy in teh first fight. I don't see this going any different realistically

Wasn't the first fight on Showtime? How was HBO able to show highlights from a fight that Showtime has rights to?

top rank had their own camera crew. besides, I remember watching some highlights on showtime and they credited HBO for the footage, so whatever else I think they could ask showtime if they can use it.

only thing I remember is Vic didn't use his jab at all in the first fight and that seemed to be one of his major problems. He's using it a bit now but more as a range finder so I'm not sure if that's gonna be effective
