I'm sure it depends on how wide their heads are.

I think they do slow you down a bit but it depends on the individual some peoples body react different to supplements, many things like Creatine make your muscles tighter and are not good if you are on a weight cut because it can damage your liver and kidneys, you have to be well hydrated.
That one MMA fighter frank mir did some strange diet where he was on nothing but protein shakes or something and he looked like **** and gassed out.
In order for a body to be strong you need fuel and that means good carbs, protein shakes are just artificial junk, many of them are just filled with filler. Also some have tryptophan which makes you sluggish and tired.
And I'm very well educated on the beneficial effects of caffeine supplementation on athletic performance.

Pacman doesn't even drink Coffee, doesn't eat artificial sweets, doesn't drink soda either. so he has a pretty clean diet, whole foods to me is the best source, but if he is eat fried chicken and fried pork he is pretty much screwed.

However I agree that Pacman needs to avoid the Rios jab, it is a very powerful punch of his.

There have been many chemical pills approved by FDA, but they also have warnings and side effects ever see those commercials about cholesterol drugs and such? they start reading off the warnings after so they don't get sued, a percentage will experience these dangerous negative sides. But the science is only out to prove that this certain compound fights something, its not taking into account how people react to it or other factors. They only test a small group of people for a few years before approving things, years later they have huge warnings on these drugs because people were getting sicker from sides caused by these prescription meds.
Also whey is good but many of these supps are tainted. many people are having digestive issues and bowel syndromes from protein powders. good carbs are the most important for a training athlete like Manny, carb timing to help refuel his energy.
Supplements on the market many of them are filled with other things besides whey, and many are not even potent some even only have a 50 percent biovalubility because of heat damage and other factors such as filling it with rice filler and saving on the whey which is expensive.
Stop saying broscience, Ive actually taken supps, you just go off what is on paper. Ive been a guinea pig and supps are useless to me, waste of money if you want to be strong and build muscle naturally just eat whole foods, you don't need whey.

Its best to eat natural, this window that people speak of is all BS, as long as you get some type of natural protein in after workout with carbs you should be good. I just drink organic chocolate milk post workout and my midnight shake before bed is a mix of cottage cheese, greek yogurt, some fruits and a little organic milk. I don't need supps.

Caffeine is the most effective supplement though, reduces post workout muscle soreness, helps you workout longer, reduces ratings of perceived exertion etc.

Whey is good, but the quality is the question. Many of them are tainted have rust and metals in them and most of them are under 80 percent potent filled with different fillers like rice powder.
The supplement industry is dangerous its wild west, its not regulated, you just go off blind faith and trust that these companies are honest and many are not.
