Comments Thread For: Hatton: I Can't See Anyone Beating Floyd Mayweather

Manchester legend Ricky Hatton believes WBC welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. (45-0, 26KOs), the recognized pound-for-pound king, is improving with age and he doesn't see anyone on the current horizon being capable of defeating him. Hatton himself faced Mayweather in 2007 and was stopped in the tenth round. Although he admits Amir Khan would be a heavy underdog, Hatton would like to see him fight Mayweather in the near future. Translation: "He didn't let me hold and hit him like I wanted to."

The truth of the matter is that no one from 160 and below can beat Floyd. That is not to say he should fight a middleweight.

as long as floyd avoids the only fighter who can beat him, hatton cannot see him beating mayweather.. floyd always choose his opponent and he avoids a southpaw, a pressure fighter with speed all in one package... and that's the pacman
