Floyd dismantled him so bad, that he changed his long time trainer straight away and that was IMO the worst decision he could make
He would have never been KO'd like that had that been pre Floyd.
Hattons chin was damn strong, I think prior to that he'd only ever tasted the canvas once for a split second, against some Irish boxer, I forget his name.
Floyd Snrs tactics and cardio led training regime was all wrong for Hatton, factor in he was depressed after the loss to Floyd and the accumulation of beatings had caught up with him and Pac was in his prime.
He said he felt gassed from round 1, he looked gaunt and weak imo

Hatton was a good B fighter with a good engine but he had no defense and didn't move his head.
Stop the mythical Hatton revisionism. He came up against 2 A+ fighters and got whooped, that's all there is to it. Pacquiao is better than Hatton, that's all there is to it.

"He didn't look good against Tim Bradley"
Judging didn't look good against Bradley. Pacquiao looked fine. It's the Marquez KO that looked bad.

Everyone knows Pac will be ok, he's just fighting another fighter who has never fought at WW before. War Pacc
and I'm sure you will be there front and center to "protect" your hero if someone mentions that Floyd beat up on a Hatton that was not made for WW and had just 1 mediocre fight before facing Floyd. Hatton was so confident in that fight (sarcasm) that he went back down to 140 for several fights until Floyd called him back up knowing full well that Hatton was going to be very average at WW.

This is coming from one of Hatton's biggest fans btw.
The Hatton who fought Tszyu vs. any Pacman is a different story though.
