MASHANTUCKET, Conn. ?Looking for his second consecutive win after capturing the North American Boxing Association (NABA) featherweight title two months ago, Hartford’s Mike Oliver fought to an entertaining draw against Brooklyn challenger Cornelius Lock on Saturday night at Foxwoods Resort Casino.
