I don't see anything wrong with what Froch said. Ward is a very good fighter, but not one bit exciting.

Hunter is living in cloud cuckoo land if he thinks Froch is ducking Ward. Froch has stated many times that he would like to try to avenge that defeat. If anything, Ward his ****ting his breeks at the thought of leaving the safety of his home town. But that's what Hunter does, he tries to talk in riddles and turn it around on the other man.

Hunter is spot on. I like Froch and his Ward jokes are funny but the **** isn't accurate at all.

"Ward is a boring fighter" - Ward is the #2 pound for pound fighter in the world and is getting heavy push from HBO. Bernard Hopkins always generated great ratings for the networks and even headlined several PPVs that did decent #'s. Greatness sells and is a good long term investment. Blood and guts fighters are exciting but recyclable and replaceable.

"HBO doesn't get excited when they talk about Andre Ward" - Let's see, they scooped him up from ShowTime, got him a job as an analyst, and are giving him $2.3 million for basically a comeback fight coming off of shoulder surgery. HBO is investing in Andre Ward because if he continues to dominate he will prove to be a good investment over the long term.


Froch is a good fighter but other than having a fine ass wife, I would much rather be in Andre Ward's shoes right now.

Ward does not need the re-match Froch does - their fight was not even close he outclassed Froch. Froch nees the re-match and by trying to embarrass Ward every time he gets interviewed. Froch has an ego and everytime he loses he can't handle it and another thing that bothers Froch is he will always be 2nd best to Clazaghe, I wonder how is ego will handle losing to Groves.

Nothing wrong with that. I cant **** on a guy for hating losing and wanting to put that right. How will he deal with it if he loses to Groves? Probably exactly the same way and he will pursue a rematch, unless he gets badly kayoed, which I dont see happening. Groves is most definitely a live dog here, and I wont be that surprised if he pulls out the win.

That said, I hope he crushes Groves. I tried to hate Froch early on (Specifically when he fought Taylor), but it didn't work. There's nothing much to hate. I will probably pull for Froch against anyone.
