    WBO junior welterweight champion Mike Alvarado is a much busier fighter, especially with the jab -a weapon he'll need to keep off the hard-charging Ruslan Provodnikov. Both land above the weight class average for power shots, so expect serious exchanges.           Alvarado is fighting a ****** ass fight. He looks scared, he's fighting like he's weak from making weight, fighting southpaw, and not committing to his punches.
