Former world champion Vicente "El Loco" Mosquera (33-2-1, 18 KOs) of Panama will have a new title shot on the 16th of November, when he challenges for the silver lightweight (135 pounds) championship of the World Boxing Council (WBC) in Colon, Panama. According to promoter and Panamanian attorney Rogelio Espiņo, Mosquera will face Gilberto "Flaco" Gonzalez (22-3-0, 18 KOs).
