Cotto's more than one demisional fighter unlike hatton that doesn't seem to no how to box much as i seen but he's able to keep the pressure on an challanger take a look what happend with maussa cotto boxed him hatton didn't so hatton did have more trouble with him
Too soon for Cotto. Cotto proved in the Torres fight that he has not learned how to over-ride his instinct to trade. I believe he has the skills and power to have a good fight with Hatton, he just has to be on top of his game the whole fight . If he tries to trade with Hatton, Hatton will win the trades and wear Cotto down to dominate him late.
Another small problem with this fight is that Hatton CAN box too, not as well as Cotto, but enough to stay in the fight until 9+ rounds where Cotto might start to run out of gas.
I like Cotto, but man, Hatton is almost as big, just as fast, a whole lot tougher, and does not slow down over 12 rounds..... The kid needs more time to have anything more than a puchers chance.
Whats your point? Facts are facts, and Cotto has been wobbled against a bunch of feather-dusters.
Who are the featherdusters? The heavyhanded Torres or Chop Chop corley- the guy who also wobbled mayweather? Can you think of any more, Ive seen all of his fights, he has been wobbled twice, once by a clean shot to the temple(which would wobble most boxers) and by many clean shots on the point of the chin by a heavy handed boxer.
Will you marry me, madam ? We'll have Hatton as best man, Cotto as a bridesmaid.
flattering, but no - you're a real risk taker, blatantly telling these other guys on the forum that you're open game, you frisky lil' ***** cat you! . i prefer hole instead of pole, batty.
1. boxing is NOT a game. people play football, play baseball, play basketball, NOBODY "plays" boxing.
2. cotto hasnt had a real opponent yet. corley (feather fisted short comer), torres (dangerous, but unproven and inexperienced), abdullaev (who?), etc. meanwhile, hatton has fought legit contenders and TKOd a modern legend kostya tszyu.
3. people still argue that the WBO title isnt real (i personally think it is), but nobody can deny that hatton is the unified champion. cotto hasnt had a unified title or a universally recognized title yet.
4. hatton is two years older and 15 fights ahead of cotto. hatton is obviously the more experienced fighter in this equation.
5. hatton was never wobbled or in danger like cotto was with corley and torres. hatton obviously has the better chin.
i could go on, but im not in the mood.
in conclusion: hatton has the better "stats" and hatton beats cotto in every way possible.
dude, you can't pass quotes off as your own, not cool. if you use that again, cite james toney as your source.

So you're a giver rather than a taker? I'm not too keen now either. I'm sure you'll have no trouble finding a bit of brown to poke on this forum.
I can't change my nature at this stage, i'm just a ho.
