Bell Centre, Montreal Canada - Adonis Stevenson (22-1, 19KOs) dominated former IBF king Tavoris Cloud (24-2, 19KOs) over eight rounds to retain the WBC light heavyweight championship. Stevenson controlled the fight from start to finish, not allowing Cloud to get anything going or land any significant punches. Stevenson had Cloud hurt several times in the fight, with hard hooks to the head and body.
