Comments Thread For: Bradley-Marquez 24/7: A Totally Serious Review

“Victory. It is every boxer’s most essential objective, even if the greatest triumphs, for any number of reasons, are sometimes shadowed by that most fundamental of questions: what comes next?”

And with that taste of melodrama against a backdrop of slow motion, the seductive intonations of Mr. Naomi Watts brings us to the commercial at hand.

This didn't seem like a Cliff Rold review. Not sure why, maybe just a rush deadline.

Nah, I used to do 24/7 reviews like this before. That show merits a good mocking.

Think about it. That's all either fighter stands on. Bradley's was a sham, and although marquez seems to be pacs Achilles heel, his career isn't that great outside of the PAC fights. Bradley won't KO Juan, but he will outbox him. Marquez's only hope is if he uses the same peds he did v PAC. Outside of bčing delusional about the PAC fight, I like Bradley. I just wish he'd have been more honest w himself about the PAC gift.

I dont even think Bradley landed 8 significant punches let alone won 8 rounds!

true story!!! My trainer used to think Bradley won the fight close, because he is in love with slick fighters. The we watch round per round in my gym, and analyze the fight. Bradley won 3 rounds clearly and there was one close round, that was it.

And people wonder why Bradley gets all the hate. It's not that he's a bad guy that people dislike him(he's a class act usually), he's just disgracing himself by going around acting like he actual beat Pacquiao. I mean I understand if you don't want to admit defeat, but c'mon. Bradley acting like he whooped Pac and it wasn't close or something. The honorable thing for him to do would have been to admit he didn't feel he won, but if Pac wanted to fight again to settle it then they could rematch immediately. Instead he went into hiding (blaming the injuries of course), then comes back out arrogant like he actually won. Be humble dude, you lost to a great fighter. No shame in that.
