      After the Cotto fight Floyd got scared, his health is more important to Floyd.

      Floyd Daddy told him to not to fight Pacquiao.

      He loves his son and cares for his well being.

                    Could be because Rios accepted the testing as soon as it was brought to him. Didn't bark at it, didn't want special cut off dates, wasn't worried about needles etc. You're truly a fan boy if you don't recognize that both Floyd and Manny are the reason the fight didn't happen.
