Floyd got 19 days cut off and Mosley got 18 in their fight. Floyd got 18 days in the Ortiz fight. USADA, to appease the critics, did 14 days in the Cotto fight. We have zero details in his last two fights.

It would appear that Floyd himself got sick of the blood testing that was going to be trashed anyway.

      i want cut-offs. - later that week.

we agreed to everything. - 2010-2012 Floyd said there was no issue over testing at this time, Sadly he also said he want to go on vacation for a year or two
koncz: manny didn't agree to everything. - 2012

i take willing to take less money to make fight happen. - 2012
50/50 or no fight. - later that week.

Offerd Floyd 45%55 to the winner, and 45/55

KTFO6 has been excuse man since day 1; some of us would like to know where he stands in his own bull****.
Tried to fix it for you but you made a lot of mistakes

Different people react to having their blood taking in different way.

Floyd knew Manny had an issue with it and that is the reason why Floyd came out with the 11th hour stipulation about blood tests for.

Pacquiao still agreed to have the blood tests, but Floyd asked for more, and because, the reaction to having his blood taken would mean Manny would miss training, he wanted a cut off so training in the last 3 weeks would not be disrupted.

Floyd said 14 days, Pacquiao camp compromised at 18, Floyd's camp said take it because 14 days, 18 days it don't matter. Floyd said no and the first negations fell apart.

As of July 2010, there were no issues regarding the testing, it had been agreed.

Floyd though had a whole new lists of excuses he would peddle out over the years.
MANY DOES NOT GET WEAK TAKING BLOOD THATS A FLAT LIE ,

because there is NO CUT OF DATE in the Rios fight , if he was not lying he would have a cut of date with Rios just like he wanted with Floyd .

So much for the testing being random.

Let face it, the only boxer actually doing Olympic standard testing is Nonito Donaire

He said it made him feel weak.

It happens to me as well.

After I give blood, I don't like training, it feels like when you are doing some bicep curls your arm might start leaking again.

You are also very aware of the puncture wound and become over protective of it.

The blood testing cutting off two weeks or more in Floyd's fights certainly seems like a pattern, idiot.
