Lucas Matthysse: "Rematch vs Garcia is signed and only thing left is to set the date"

Garcia wins even easier this time. I picked Lucas by Knock out but Lucas was looking for the knock out all night and it didnt come and he got frustrated. However, Danny is also a confidence fighter, he now knows that he can beat Lucas so he will do it much easier than the first time. A clear UD, maybe even late TKO for Garcia this time around.

Garcia vs a guy who was destroyed by matthysse is a better fight than Garcia-matthysse?

Personally I'm thinking more along the lines of garcia-marquez, garcia-maidana(?), Rios, Bradley, etc. Those are the levels of guys that Garcia is at. Especially considering you guys are talking about feeding Garcia to freaking mayweather.

And I'm not a matthysse stan to be clear. I just recognize it for what it was, a great fight and the rematch would be a great fight. As a fan, I'm not against seeing great fights...



It was a clear win for danny, but it was a close, competitive great fight. Don't know what the *** youre talking about....

As a fan, its a great fight I have no problem watching. Better than a rematch with morales, Judah, etc.

I agree there are many great fights out there to make, but FML at the fighters you mentioned.

But, if he rematches Matths, don't act like that won't be an awesome fight. Why wouldn't you want to see that fight again?

If Lucas is telling the truth and not talking outside of his ass, then GB obviously agree, that a rematch is something fans would LOVE to see.

The first fight was close, but didn't quite pop off they way we hoped it would. I'm not a sore Matths fan, but I would love to see them fight again. It's a great matchup, and a rematch could be amazing.

But, I don't think Lucas is a liar, but there's no way Garcia is even thinking of fighting at the moment. Probably GB trying to placate Lucas. If it's true, it's amazing. But it'll be next year anyway.
