I dont doubt this is just more than wishful thinking from Lucas side. Garcia has so many more options now..why he would just sign on for that fight again makes no sense. The only one whose best interest this serves is Lucas.

well garcia aint getting the floyd fight thats for sure. there is literally 0 demand. angel said they havnt decided if they want to move up to 147 yet and lucas is the only guy at 140. but i doubt an instant rematch happens

a rematch clause is a possibility i suppose it's the kinda thing that both fighters would have like to have if either lost, not wanting to get to the back of the line if they lost.
