    Trainer(s) strengths and weaknesses

There are trainers who have strengths and weaknesses in training and corners work.

Emmanuel Steward: Taught his fighters to use their height and to clinch.

    Can you name some?

    Roger mayweather and his mitts

    Roger does great mitts
In the corner he says to floyd all the time( just keep doing what your doing)

freddie roach maximized on combinations and footwork...an offensive trainer..but his charges often lacked defensive acumen. He often recieved clientele who were already established fighters who already had locked in bad habits or style...Toney, Khan,Linares, Tyson, etc....What he did for Pacquiao was add to his punch variety. Instead of the jab, jab, bazooka straight left...he added a right hook, uppercuts, and body shots

These are not strengths of a trainer. Roger helped the depth of Floyd defense and counter punching.

Lou Duva was great to motivate his fighters... But he was average in the strategy department.

Lou Duva wasn't a trainer, George Benton was. Lou was just a loudmouth manager who overshadowed George Benton in the corner because of Benton mild mannerism.
