That's nothing. You guys act like that's malnutrition status. That's just very lean. That's not weigh ins lean.

How many weigh ins have you guys watched? This is nothing new here.

That was over two years ago... a lot of growing happens when you train 24/7 and you're only 21.

He's clearly bigger now than he was then.

I understand that, but you guys are looking at that pic like he's so drawn out, and he looks like a fighter that's at weigh ins. That's not even close to how lean boxers get for a weigh in. He just made weight a few months ago, you guys are acting like his entire body chemistry changed in a matter of months.

          CALM DOWN. He'll be ready.

P.S. Check out the side by side pic with Mosley.

Calm down people. Canelo will make weight, and smile doing it.

                a) Be drained, get dominated.

                b) Come in healthy, give a good account of yourself, lose, but your stock doesn't fall off, so fights with other big names still attract the fans attention, mo $$$.

                c) Come in healthy, win the fight, $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

We are speaking in 'possibilities' though. It's not a guarantee that the extra lbs will pay dividends. Win or lose, he'd be giving Floyd more than $3 million dollars for free (maybe even more!). The only benefit is if he wins, and that's arguably a big if.

His stock stays the same even if he gives a good account by losing, or losing by domination. Look at Cotto.

I never said he wouldnt make weight.

I said it's hard to see how he will be healthy at 152lbs.

Everyone knows the last few pounds are a ***** to make weight, especially for a guy the size of Canelo... TO go from 156 to 154 and make weight is always the hardest... well double that and make it 152. It will have SOME effect.

Cotto did better against Floyd than anyone since Castillo 1. He got a lot of props for that.

3 mil is a lot, but he can afford to lose that, if he looks good against Floyd.

It sure as hell doesn't help his stock if he gets dominated.

And obviously that's why the fights at 152. Smart on Floyd. The point is, he just made weight a few months ago, and looked good. I don't see how things have changed so much in a few months, especially with the biggest fight of his life ahead.

I'm sure he's employed some top of the line trainers to take of that on an hour by hour, day by day basis. He's got guys that get paid to deal with things like this. Don't worry guys, he'll be fine.
