He trained for speed yet came in slow as as ever, does that not play into the part that Marquez does not belong at Welterweight? As far as skills go Bradley is still below Marquez, that's a fact. I well give you this doe Bradley surprised me by being in control of himself and not letting Marquez draw him into a dog fight. Marquez was pissing me off in the middle rounds, waiting for Bradley to engage when it was clear as day that Bradley was not going to risk coming forward.

I don't know why people fell with the idea that by beating Manny up made Marquez a legit welterweight contender ?

Because he put the number 2 guy in that weight class to sleep. I really don't see what other reason you'd need.

Ummmm, because Pac had been the welterweight champion, the best fighter there not named Mayweather, and had beaten the best in the division previously, and had just come off a dominant performance over a young, undefeated champion in Bradley, despite getting brutally robbed, and Marquez KHTFO.

There is literally nothing more any fighter can do to show that he is a top contender by beating the champion, who is the best fighter in that division.

That's like saying someone that beats Floyd in a one off 147 fight isn't a welterweight champion.

I know where you getting at Benny, but don't you think that Marquez gives Manny problems regardless of weight because of styles and ultimately Marquez just being the smarter fighter who ultimately adopted the better game plan? I don't know about you but even after all this time Marquez trying to maintain this fighting weight he still looks as bad as he did when he fought Floyd

There is a wound that absolutely will not heal in my life until we make things clear and set things straight with Manny Pacquiao,” states expert trainer Joel Diaz. “I would love to get a rematch with Manny Pacquiao for the simple reason that we need to clear things up in the minds of the fight fans as well.”

“I hate controversy in boxing. So that’s the fight that I want for Tim…a return bout with Manny Pacquiao. Because of all of the negativity surrounding the first fight, I think it needs to happen.

“Even the people who still believe Manny Pacquiao really won the fight with Tim last year are admitting that we decisively and conclusively beat Marquez on Saturday night. It just makes them look like sore losers.”
“Timothy went into the fight with a smart fight plan to outbox Juan Manuel Marquez, and that’s what happened…end of story. In my mind, that fight is over and there’s no need for a rematch with JMM. But the wound is still open surrounding the fight with Manny Pacquiao and we need to close it.”
“There really are no other opponents for Tim until we take care of that.

Joel Diaz speads the truth. Bradley has some unfinished business to be settled. Let Mayweather **** around with Amir Khan. But Bradley needs the Pacquiao fight ASAP. That needs to be cleaned up.
