Last legs??? He was hurt worse in previous fights with Pac & always finished the fight strong, hints the controversy & need for so many fights!

A huge chunk of Floyd's fans are casual as ****k and you yourself as a die hard fan know i'm dead absolutely right about it. Same reason why folks who can't name who plays right field for the yankees are "loyal" yankee fans. Floyd holds a belt at 154, so he isn't doing anything revolutionary by fighting the top dog at 154..sorry but it's a fight he had to take or own up to the fact he only moved up to fight Cotto because Cotto was the easiest challenge at 154..now that's no longer the case and that's cool but it is not worthy of praising him like he went out of his comfort zone or this is his first jaunt at 154. Would Pacquaio fight Canelo? Yes..why? Because I think Pacquaio fights for the money not the prestige and he hasn't in a lonnng time. The difference here is we know psychologically Pacquaio can handle a loss and that makes him a scary fighter with excellent gifts.I don't take nothing from Marquez or his win...but when you are a slugger it comes with the territory eventually you will get clobbered and i'm fine with that because that's this guys lane of fighting. Now you wanna talk about Floyd taking risks? Well let's see..Williams and Martinez both called Floyd out at the height of their successes..did Floyd fight them? Nope.
The point is nobody smaller than Floyd can beat him let alone KO him , at 37 its takes a bigger man to do it , and not a slow handed bigger guy coming of loses etc , a young fast punching champion that's undefeated and a 2 time WC , its the whole deal you got to take into account not just the fact that he got KOed its risk reward , nobody is invincible and for Floyd giving himself weight handicaps at the tail of his career is pushing fate , Im glad he he took it but he didn't have too , its the toughest fight that was out there .

If you draw parallels between Floyd and a KO loss to Canelo and Mannys ko loss , a smaller guy taking you out is not quite the same as a bigger guy taking you out , and Floyd toyed with that smaller guy that took him out , you've got to add up all the tangibles because all KOs are not the same value .

Fighters get stopped and in a way it pops there hype bubble , it doesn't change what they have done at their best during their career , might dull it but dont change it , with a loss only fanboys take away what they have done when they were at their best , fck anybody can lose , the impact of that loss should be weighed up against the risk that was taken for it to happen .

            Hey Pacquiao...

Getting suckered, getting old, and getting knocked out hurts doesn't it? Have you met your replacement...

I don't see the resemblance. Shiming is already 32 years old and isn't nearly as good as Pacquiao is, nor is he recognized as a superstar in America.

REALLY?! How about taking care of the business at hand first. The fight won't happen because of the "Bob vs GBP" and "HBO vs Showtime" politics.

Let them settle the issue inside the ring; Mayweather jr., instead of downgrading Pacman should fight him inside the ring!

I disagree. It was an unlucky trip.

The punch was good. Marquez got the assist .
