at the very least, they should withhold Banks' purse until he is brought in to explain what was going on with him in that fight -- his manager and trainer also -- there needs to be some semblance of accountability for what appeared to be a fixed fight....

the bitter truth is Banks could have stopped him whenever he wanted and I really mean it.... but he was holding back the whole fight... I wouldn't be surprised if this fight was rigged to go Full distance in Mitchells Favour.

Mitchell has a glass chin, its already been proved and would have been shattered again last night if Banks would of actually threw punches.

maybe he Broke his hand them i don't know, all i know is that after 3 or 4 rounds Banks stopped trying against a guy he knows is carrying glass, makes little to no sense.
And the "knockdown" proved the fix was in......

The crowd would start booing the fight even before the bell rang if there was another rematch.

Mitchell/Banks - Boxing Fans Lose Again

The only way I'll believe this fight was legit is if I see an x-ray of a broken Banks right hand. This punch he hurt Mitchell with 5-6 times over the course of their first 5 rounds together (including the first fight). Why stop throwing it? Even Banks' body language suggested he could do more but simply didn't want to. The question is......why?

First, he trains Wlad. K. If he beats Mitchell he becomes the front-runner for a Klitschko fight. Why fight the #1 heavyweight in the world when you're his trainer? Especially when you can possibly double or triple up by simply losing. Now, who would convince Banks and why?

Klitschko can easily beat Mitchell. Why fight Banks? Especially when he's your friend, your trainer, sparred with you for years, and knows how to beat you. Plus, sadly enough, Mitchell is more marketable than Banks. Why not give Klitschko a more lucritive (yet easier) fight? You can guarantee Al Haymon, Banks and Klitschko's promoter, and Banks himself, ALL realized this. Banks lays down, takes the extra dinero, and now we're back to thinking Mitchell is the next big heavyweight to challenge for the Klitschko throne. Now we have Klitschko/Mitchell with Banks training Klitschko. That's (as Broner says) "EASY MONEY".
