Thumbs don't break orbitals, the gloves were thumbless, and the replay does not show him gauging out Angulo's eye with his thumb.

And I agree with the comment earlier about Montoya trying to be an anti-PED crusader. He has quite literally no education beyond a high school diploma. That's evidence not just in how often he gets it wrong when it comes to PEDs but also his piss poor writing in general, which more often than not revolves around his own personal experience rather than whatever subject he's pretending to talk about.

The win was a bit bittersweet, Lara had the sigh of relief like wow I went life and death and won, the thumb was unintentional but it was clear. But its sort of a hollow victory. If he knocked Angulo out cold or TKO him after being mauled like that it would be an amazing come from behind.

As far as Gabe goes, that guy can get repetitive with his drug testing crusade, and his comments about how he is this great theater actor. but where is his accolades and evidence of being this great actor?
