Pitty pat? At least watch the fight before commentating on it, he damn near put everything into those straight right hands, especially to the body.

He's not exciting in the same fashion that a KO artist like Mike Tyson was, or a brawler like Rios is, but I do enjoy watching his fights. He's seriously skilled and it's beautiful to watch someone so effortlessly read what his opponents are doing and always being a step ahead. He makes boxing look easy, like anyone could do it

But he's not a blood and guts, face first, KO type level of exciting fighter, but I do enjoy watching him and whilst he's avoided some tough challenges boxing will be worse off when hes gone

No, at least Wladimir gets knock outs.

If he took the lead ALOT more than he does then he'd be a pure boxer styled fighter. As it is right now he's a counter move/counter punch and doesn't work in multiple combinations anymore. He won't take the chance of an opponent punching with him which is whats needed to defeat him amongst other methods! He's boring and thats nothing new!!! ATG my azz! Ray

Yes he is if you appreciate the sweet science that is boxing. Can't fault the guy if his opponents make the fight boring.

Sure what he is in the ring is very uncommon, later in fights he is dominating sure that can get repetitive but that is just like any other sporting event that falls into a similar situation.

As for paying for it, I would just say don't go in alone if the amount is that crucial to you.

Do you think it's wise to pay $70 for a Floyd Mayweather PPV?.
Your title says one thing then you ramble on about another one.
                  you are obviously a hater

but to answer you question Im a floyd hater and I think he is very exciting to see in the ring and he is worth the $54.99 that I pay for HD PPV (where you get the $70 BS is beyond me, I live in Oxnard Ca southern cali baby )

Its exciting and entertaining to see when he figures out his opponent then he starts to go to work. He boxes dumb az he isnt like pac margs or rios who are brawlers.

For someone to order a Mayweather fight for $70 and expect him to be some sort of one punch knock out artist is fooken amazing and beyond me are you new to the sport?

Any real boxing fan will tell you that Mayweather is a artist and he boxes circles around his opponent the KO is just the cherry on top. I pay to see him fight and can admire how he has mastered the craft, the art, the sweet science of boxing not to expect him to go all out and knock someone out. Maybe you should do the same

Ninety percent of the audience are casual fans. They pay to see him lose. They're always disappointed after the fight. He's called the best, but you'll never see him fight the best or at least go for a KO.

I think after the Guerrero fight those same fans will not show up unless he fights someone that would give them their money's worth.

If your well off and have the extra cash and not struggling like 75% of the rest of the population I don't see why you wouldn't pay to watch one of the best boxers of our time.

I'm not even a big floyd fan but it's like watching Sugar Ray Leonard who also wasn't the biggest crowd pleaser in some fights. Everybody has slow fights. Oscar vs Floyd is as comparable to Hagler-Leonard as it gets, and I still thought that was a damn good fight to watch.

Floyd fought smart, you can't exchange with a grinder like Guerrero or your going to get worn down. Not to mention this was his first lackluster fight since Baldomir. The Hatton/Oscar/Cotto/Ortiz/and Mosley fights were all worth the money.
