Judging boxing is pretty subjective and it becomes more so if the fight is close, which I think it would be on the 21st.
What cannot come close to being reality is that the fight shall be a boring one. The protagonists won't let that happen, and it's in their personality not to let that happen.
Odds 100 to 1, sure winners are the fans.

I'm such a huge Morales fan, but I am worried about this fight.
The straight right hand is the key for Morales. If he can go downstairs, and set up the straight right hand upstairs and get away with it - he will win the fight. Howeverm I think Pacquiao will be prepared for this. He is going to take the fight to Erik, and not allow him play his counter-punching role - that he partly took on in the first fight. If he can hurt Morales to the body, he will know Morales tenacity and warrior spirit will MAKE him go to war.
That is what I love so much about Erik. You hurt him...and he is going to come back like a storm. However, with no cut - the handspeed of Pacquiao could play a role with his willingness to trade.
But I can never, ever doubt the heart of my man - and I'm going with Erik by UD.
God I can't wait for this fight.

and that's what makes this fight very good, both fighters fight back whenever they are hit...

The variables will be weighed on how much a fighter can impose his game on the other guy.
Morales- he has to box, counter-punch, use the jab, use the right straight whenever PAC does the 1-2 combination. He has to avoid mixing it up in the inside where he will be literally butchered to pieces from PAC's superior quickness, handspeed and power. In short he has to make PAC fight in the outside, and avoid the inside bombs.
If Morales is able to put a distance between himself and PAC, then it will be an easy win.
PAC- PAC doesn't have to bullrush his way into Morales' defense. There are more ways to pressuring a boxer than mere charging him head on. I expect PAC to use the lead-right hook more, he will use the 1-2 combination when he has Morales backtracking or when they're mixing it up in the inside. PAC has to use a lot of head movement and lateral movement to negate Morales jab. Instead of backtracking, he can use his superior quickness to use side-to-side movement in order to set Morales up for nasty traps whenever Morales tries to attack PAC.
The key for PAC is the head movement, the right flush, the lateral movement. If PAC is able to negate Morales' jab, then Morales will be put in a world full of pain and PAC's hate.
The odds are stacked even.
