if true canelo is very bold but where was all this wanting to fight the top competition the last couple years?what has happened since last year that all of a sudden canelo wants to fight sergio and mayweather?good for canelo for wanting the big fights but i think floyd and martinez both embarrass canelo right now how could you go from fighting lw,jww and ww and not even the top lw,jww and ww to fighting arguably the best 2 fighters in boxing

and Angulo vs Alvarez is on ppv? WTF kind of dumb ass move is this!!!? For posters in the know what amount of ppv buys would GBP consider to be successful and what price will this ppv be at?
      Nope.

Easy, which fight is more pleasing visually?
        Angulo of course.
Canelo should win that in brutal fashion.

          Nope.
Didn't they just have Angulo listed as a possible ppv opponent? So are you telling me that if Angulo is the opponent then it will not be on ppv?

If that's the plan, then Canelo should fight Angulo first with Trout on the undercard.

Then if they both win, a PPV fight in September would be something I can get behind.

I think this whole thing is ridiculous Canelo doesnt even need to be thinking about who he will fight in September until he gets through the Trout fight. I think Trout will get the W on April 20th so maybe he should plan on Cotto as maybe a comeback fight after his first loss

Ok so what buyrate of a ppv of Alvarez vs Angulo would be considered as successful? Cause nobody is really going to buy that fight IMO.

Martinez has a 3 fight contract with HBO. Canelo has aligned himself with Showtime, but I haven't heard anything about Canelo having an actual contract with Showtime.

                    Ok.

I dont understand your question...your remark. He is locking horns with Trout, top 154 competition. And calling out Sergio and Floyd who are top p4p. How is Canelo contradicting himself?

Canelo fought on Floyd-Cotto card, it was on HBO PPV. The specifics to his Showtime agreement are sketchy.
