anyone who thinks floyd didn't get a gift against castillo1 is a floyd fan not a boxing fan.

Floyd lost a bunch of fights in the amateurs. 2 of them were against former flyweight champion Martin Castillo

Yeah so did Ortiz. But Guerrero, and Ortiz took punishment in the Berto fights.
That means their both easy to hit.

Seriously, everyone needs to get over the Castillo fight. It's not like it was a complete blowout and he got robbed. It was a close fight and lots of people feel Castillo won, and same with Floyd. GET. OVER. IT.

Guerrero won the fight clearly but Berto was hitting him at will, those are not mutually exclusive. I thought Berto was coming on but to Guerrero's credit he took over in the championship rounds, you have to like that kind of determination of a guy in a tough fight. If Floyd is old and Ghost is coming hard, it could get interesting.

However Berto landed at least 50% of his punches and many could have been avoided like for example when Ghost stood at mid range and leaned in basically begging to be cracked with an uppercut which Berto then did. The problem is he got away with it from Berto but Berto couldn't make Ghost miss and could never really follow up so Ghost won because he did more. The problem and the reason not to like Ghost in this fight is Floyd even faded will make Guerrero miss and Floyd will land those punches but even though he is economical he will follow up much better than Berto did.

I will say this though I am positive Guerrero is good enough to make Floyd fight, but is Guerrero going to like the result of that equation.
