I think Abril is better than Vazquez, can fight well from the outside as well as in the pocket. He's a more complete fighter.

Abril only had one good fight and that was against rios and he lost it

Voted Vazquez based on what he has done at the weight. In skill I'd put Broner but he has only done one fight.
