I already went into that. MW didn't seem to have the same legs against Cotto that he had against Marquez either.

JMM is a counter puncher, yes. And he did hit Floyd it just didn't phase Floyd. This time it would. Explain it how you will, but Marquez is like 4 times stronger than he was against Floyd. That counts for something. Always does. Without technique, it doesn't, but coupled with the skills Marquez already has and it makes one hell of a difference. The fight would look different. Higher stakes, and JMM, in his current incarnation, could at least physically be able to compete with a guy like MW, style question aside.

He could NOT match MW's physicality last time. He was a fat midget last time. All will and grit but no true plan how to face MW and no ability to hurt MW.
